The Academy is reopening on March 17. Welcome back!
Our top priority is the health and safety of our staff, guests, animals, and community. All guests must reserve timed-entry tickets in advance as walkup admission is not available. Here's how to reserve your tickets:
• Select a visit date and entry time below. You may reserve your tickets up to 3 weeks in advance.• After completing your order, you will receive 2 emails: A receipt, and your PDF tickets. On the day of your visit, please have your PDF tickets ready for self-scanning, either on your smartphone (brightness all the way up!) or printed out. Guests will scan their own tickets at the door to minimize face-to-face interaction with staff.
